Q: My child doesn't want to eat the food?
A:  It is true that children usually will not like new foods just because they're new or have a different color than their used to seeing. It's much harder to introduce new and healthy foods as children get older. We must keep introducing and reintroducing new and healthy foods as much as we can. We encourage you to promote  healthy eating  habits now  as the benefits  will last a life time.

Q: My child's favorite meal is not on your menu?
A: If   you send us an email to info@myorganicmeals.com  with the item request, we will work to include it in future menus.

Q: What happens if my child is ill and cannot go to school the day lunch is scheduled?
A: Cancellation due to illness must be received by 5 PM the day before delivery. The order will remain cancelled until you resume your order online. Cancellations will receive a credit and carried over to your next order.

Q: What kind of food do you cook?
A: Just about everything – American, Italian, Southeast Asian (curry), and more!

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A:  Cash,Check, Visa, Master and Discover.

Q: What is your inclement weather policy?
A:  We will cancel lunches the days there is inclement weather and your account will be credited.
